Welcome to RECRUITED.SPOTLIGHT. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RECRUITED.SPOTLIGHT platform, including any mobile applications, websites, and services (collectively, the “Platform”) provided by RECRUITED.UNIVERSE, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

RECRUITED.SPOTLIGHT is intended for students ages 13 and up, parents/guardians, educators, recruiters, and other authorized users. Users under 13 must have verifiable parental consent to participate. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these age and eligibility requirements.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your login.

3. User Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Use the Platform in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner.
• Not post or share content that is false, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RECRUITED.UNIVERSE, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
